All products displayed are subject to availability.
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or packaging updates.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (MYR) and exclusive of tax where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before order processing and shipping.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Brut Solution Sdn Bhd is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The product is wrongly sent (different from the order placed).
The product is damaged or broken upon arrival.
Customers are strongly encouraged to take a video or photo when unboxing the parcel to serve as proof in case of issues.

Herbanora shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total purchase price of the order in question.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
At Herbanora, your satisfaction is important to us.
However, due to hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy except under the following conditions:
You may request a return or refund if:
The wrong product was sent to you.
The product was damaged or broken upon delivery.
Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Customers must provide photo or video evidence (preferably unboxing footage) showing the issue.
Products must remain in their original packaging and unused condition.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting video/photo proof.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (depending on product availability).
Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Any product returned without prior approval.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within [7–14 working days] after approval.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
